The Ladies of this community having form themselves
into a society or association to furnish sundry arti-
cles for the benefit of our sick soldiers have
deposited with me the following articles for
transportation consigned to your care at
the Alabama Hospital Richmond

1 lot Snake root } 1 bundle sage
1 Butterfly root } 1 " balm
2 counterpins } 1 lot slipery elm
2 blankets } 2 pillows & cases
1 lot of Linnen & cotton rags

You will please on the receipt of the
aforementioned articles acknowledge the same
to Mrs. L. W. Davis at this office who I
think is President of said Society.
