Retention Schedules (RDAs)


Records Disposition Authorities (RDAs) approved by the Local Government Records Commission serve as retention schedules for county and municipal government records.

Agencies, however, should submit a Local Government Records Destruction Notice to the Alabama Department of Archives and History (ADAH) each time that records, electronic or paper, are destroyed.
